Alexander Kadochnikov is a founding shareholder at Gill & Kadochnikov, P.C. His primary focus is on commercial litigation, business and commercial real estate transactions.
On commercial litigation matters he frequently finds himself in various state and federal courts on issues of breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duties and shareholder disputes
In the past Alexander worked on real property litigation, constructive trust disputes, health care related litigation and employment litigation.
Alexander also helps investors with their commercial real estate transaction with mortgage documents, leases documents and proper structuring.
Alexander also counsels entrepreneurs and investors from the countries of the former Soviet Union advising them on structuring and compliance-related issues of their business in the United States.
Alex has a Bachelors in International Criminal Justice from John Jay College of Criminal Justice in New York and J.D. from Widener University School of Law in Harrisburg.
